 Introduction
Network Test Instrument, designed by Suminet Company, is a powerful low cost but easy to use test bench , which allows you to test or certify the equipments such as ADSL, VDSL, GE-PON, Switch, Router, Bridge and other network devices via FE port. It can work automatically under the control of the "Test Scenario" pre-defined by user or work under the control by user manually.
The Network Test Instrument simulates a real test environment to certify the "Target Device" functions. User can define multiple "Test Scenario" via the friendly graphical user interfaces before hand. These "Test Scenario" then can be used to test the "Target Devices" (ADSL, VDSL, GE-PON, Router, Bridge, etc) automatically later. The management server can gather and analyze the test results and save them onto the Management Server PC after the testing finished.
The Network Test Instrument system consists of a Management Server Application running on PC and multiple "Client Device" to connect with the "Target Device". The Management Server Application has a graphical user interface to "Make" test scenario and graphical windows to view the testing status, testing information.
Using Scenario
The Network Test Instrument can replace the expensive test instruments (such as smart bit) to execute the certification test or aging test.
