High-Tech Park. The new company, Suminet Communication
Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. started its operations
with registered capital of $ 700,000 US dollars. After
2 year's development, Suminet Communication Technologies
Co Ltd now owns over 50 staffs, 90 percent of which are
above the bachelor's degree.

company of Sumitomo Electric Networks, is a leading company
of developing broad access equipment to network in Japan,
and it is also the creator of ADSL AnnexC standard in
